I personally want no prox chat what so ever. I want to play the game and come across another guardian and se his or her skill. Maybe work together to clear out an area. After I've seen how well me and the other guardian blend I will invite to my fireteam. I don't want to hear some little kid panicking because he's in an area he isn't prepared for. I also don't want to hear some self-proclaimed pro barking orders at me. In my opinion prox chat will only hurt the game not help it.

Your reasons for your vote are invalid, because proximity chat would be an optional setting. If you don't want to use it, you may simply disable it. As you can see, the majority of Destiny players would enjoy proximity chat.

That's why I think this is better. I don't want to have to choose between hearing kids or hearing no-one.
