Every day is a struggle to live, so you can bet your ass the enemy is going to do everything they can to make their job a lot easier, and if that means listening in on radio chatter...they'll gladly take the opportunity...so yes, by keeping chat to simple gestures and strictly two or three man chat (which in real life is almost impossible to hack into) players get this sort-of keeping radio silence feel
