I agree with standing in the road, forcing the driver to slow down, and confronting him. That's something I could easily see myself do. But you gotta give the guy a chance to mull over your warning before you go chucking rocks at the guy. But if they guy came back racing again.. Yeah.. I'd probably do something stupid too. But like most of these videos, there's too little context to really know what happened. This may very well have been the guy's 2nd, or even 3rd warning from him. (which seems to be the case here since he's standing there with the rock waiting for him). And yes calling the cops is the better answer. But sometimes testosterone and rage replace reason and patience.
