How do you take your steak?
Personally I eat mine medium rare. Any more than that and it starts to lose its flavor. I was thinking of trying it rare the next time I get it, just to see what the difference in taste is.

I like medium well. Still juicy but it stays warm longer. My epic secret steak marinate can keep it juicy while still letting you cook it longer.
