What do you think is humanity's most lethal enemy? I think the fallen and vex have some serious potential. But the hive also, we already know the moon is called the forbidden zone, is that because of the hive? Or something darker and more powerful? I don't think the cabal are strong enough to take earth by themselves, but the fallen on the other hand... The fallen seems to be unorganized bandits but we shouldn't underestimate them. All the people in this group should plan a siege on the hell mouth. We would get tons of loot, glory, guns, armor, all sorts of stuff. It would be one step to becoming legend.
