music would be hearable only to your fire team, or unless you turn on a public noise option(this would give a disclaimer incase of profanity) and then other people with this option turned on could hear music, public conversations, etc... /edit/ then you could also be able to adjust the range that your avatar picks up these sounds so you don't get destroyed by the noise of everyone in the city. along with this should be a way to eaves drop on other peoples private conversations so you can stalk them and steal missions from them before they can complete them(though im not sure how that would even work(if at all) or how you could mission steal(maybe complete it faster?(parentheception))).
