I know there have been more names thrown out there for locations (Old Chicago, European Dead Zone, etc.) but I'm not sure all of them are confirmed to be in game and imagine some of the names may have changed.
Either way, if there are only 2 locations per planet but they are both this size, consider my mind blown!

I believe that if there were any locations that didnt make it in the finale game, Bungie wouldnt release their name in the first place. That was the reason why they were so secret from the beginning, they didnt want to make any promises they couldnt ceep.
