'Poor people join the military to die or get free college'
This has been going around FB, and I'm just speechless. It's such a remarkably stupid and insulting image that I can't even think of how to respond.
Do any of you actually think this is true? That the military is some kind of "hunger games" suicide job that will kick you to the curb with no experience or education worth more than a "shitty desk job"?

1 RispondiThat's more true than it should be. Besides for that last part, as you can get a much better job than a "shitty office job" with a college degree. And serving in the military means you're probably even more likely to get a job.
