I use a knife or something thin that i can use as a sort of lever. Put it between the box and tray, push the knife to the side carefully while the tray is trying to open. This should make it ''buzz'', as it makes that sound you pull the knife out and it should open. [spoiler]Not very confident on my english in this...[/spoiler]
