What do you think of to put your mind at ease?
When you want to feel relaxed, what do you think of? It can be anything, a person, setting, object, music, anything that puts your mind at ease.
Myself, I think of a quiet, secluded beach, complete with a light breeze, and someone there with me.

I never stop thinking. If something causes me grief, I'll just think, whatever the topic may be.

I listen to music and go to sleep.

I take deep breaths and cloud what my conscience is saying with "lalalalalal" "blahblahblahblah" and "I can't hear you" Easily get freaked out when thinking about dying so it helps
