A question for English posters
What does your school system teach you about the american revolution or any revolution against England?

It is then further the choice of students (and teachers) if they wish to study it. I personally chose to study Hitler's rise to power and post-war Germany. EDIT : Huh, I just checked most of the exam boards and I couldn't find the American Revolution in any curriculum.
