Only a matter of time before he nerdrages about something and threatens to leave again for good this time.

Nah, Charlie's next step is to randomly apologize to the boards again for trolling and shitposting and say he's going to change and be a good member, then post respectable stuff for 3 or 4 months, then relapse into shitposting for 3 or 4 months, then repeat the cycle over and over until he dies.
