Stupid freaking automatic rocket launcher enemies that are everywhere as soon as you move the difficulty up to "Path of the Mentor."
Also, exploding throwing knives...

Try Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge. The game shifts from just hard to being unfair. I like to think that I was decently good at Ninja Gaiden 2, but Razor's Edge is giving me a much harder time on Normal than NG2 ever did on Mentor.

Yes. Amazing game, brilliant game. But in a "OH MY F[i]U[/i]CKING GOD HOW DID I DIE YOU F[i]U[/i]CKING C[i]U[/i]NT I WILL F[i]U[/i]CKING R[i]A[/i]PE YOU" way.

I'd have to agree actually. I struggled with Ninja Gaiden 2. It was my first hack n' slash game and I loved it. I got to the final boss and just couldn't beat him at all. I waltzed through Dark Souls pretty much though, didn't think it was all that.
