The Lord of the Rings vs. A Song of Ice and Fire
Which is better the better series in your opinion?

Whilst I prefer the Lord of the Rings setting/universe, Game of Thrones is a better quality story. It's intriguing and well written and you are never sure if a character is safe or not. [Best bet is that they aren't >:( ] Whereas LOTR is a bit like a Just William Adventure with Swords and Orcs. The plot armour is full strength titanium and it's very black and white - Good vs Evil.
