This happened when I clicked "Reopen a closed tab" in Google Chrome. It has happened with Spotify too so it's not just Chrome. It stays one the screen until I restart the computer. It's not in the Ctrl+Alt+Delete menu though. Starting a game in Fullscreen (Not Fullscreen Windowed) seems to permanently remove it but does anyone know how I can prevent it from happening again?
