Cape = Unseen character for a reveal trailer
Everyone in the audience and watching on a Stream didn't know who it was, BAM, it's MasterCheif... it was all for suspense and mystery, not because Cheif is now going to be wearing a cloak.

Could also be the Chief's shields are malfunctioning and the cloak is to stop all that fine powdery Forerunner moon sand from getting into the joints of his amour and eroding it, or it could be to stop the sand from getting into the more delicate electronic bits. Who knows?

By Res I think you mean ressurect, in which case, I didn't... it was in the 'latest' section of the forum when I replied. I don't necrobump topics. I only reply to what's on the first page or 2 of the latest or trending.
