What Once Was -FanArt
What once was, is no more.

So I was kinda up in the air about doing a helmet or not, but then it's not obvious it's an Awoken. I'm still rather new to digital art, but I think I'm making progress now that I'm more comfortable with GIMP software.
Looking forward to Destiny!

(oh and in case it isn't obvious, the straight, clashing lines are indicating different periods of time, it's sort of whimsical, but the top represents the destruction of humanity, the middle the first exploration, and the dark feet the secrets that will be uncovered)

2 RisposteSince I'm new to digital art I understand the learning curve, yet I think you have something here. Her face and expression is really good ... and since the Awoken are a 'mysticy' type of being I think you give her some good substance. A touch of color highlight on selected areas of her body would help give her distance and individuality, without pulling too much away from the piece. imo Also, very clever 'timeline' shift.
