How bad is Windows 8?
I've been reading up on it a lot and after all of it I'm not only not interested in upgrading to it I'm actually afraid for computer's safety since I don't have the expertise to build a computer using Windows 7 and every computer available now has this stupid tablet program installed. And I still want to play video games on my computer so I don't want to switch to a Mac unless its necessary.
Are my fears justified?

Win8 is not bad, its just different. When I used Win8, it took awhile to get used to. eveything changed. keep Win7 if its still keeps you happy. as for the Desktop Win7s, they are still out there you just need to look harder (they are also on sale as well).
