If a forest falls in the middle of a sound and no tree is there to hear it does it make a one?

I suppose it really depends on the wavelength and frequency of both the sound and the forest. If they match, then I assume that the forest falling in the middle of said sound would cause destructive interference, and since nothing exists there that can count, the answer is no. TL;DR it's 2:08AM and I don't know what I'm saying.
