Five, though each replacement was free thanks to a warranty.
The worst case was when I got the Halo 3 Xbox 360 as a replacement for one that broke, but it only lasted for four days because it stopped reading discs :/
But it was worth it, I had and still have a-lot of fun with my Xbox 360.
