Why not have a one time authentication of the disc when you first boot it up? I mean I don't know exactly how discs work, but couldn't there be a way to code it to where the xbox can authenticate the disc and check if it's a legal or pirated copy? This would be a lot better than having to connect every 24 hour hours online because with the latter issue, it seems to cripple a good portion of Microsoft's fanbase including myself, due to my focus on school and limiting to the weekends during the regular school year and countless other customers' reasons for not connecting [b]every single day.[/b] Just a thought
