This looks like a HUGE change from the traditional turn-based ATB system, it looks like they've tuned FFVII: Advent Children (Awesome movie, watch it) into a game... Personally, I like it, it's refreshing, if they can find a way to make it still feel like the Final Fantasy we know and love then this thing is going to be something to keep in mind for the next generation.
