Chief is obviously trying to not show off that he's an armored super soldier to everything with the cloak. Or maybe they wanted to put a cloak on the chief cause it just looks really cool and mysterious and YOLO. it is definitely not just trying to copy destiny though. You have posted a very ignorant post.
