Whenever a baby is born, a small device is injected into him. This device works as a bomb, and is linked to your ID. Now, say you're a wanted Felon, the government can just remotely activate the device, detonating your insides and killing you, but the explosion would be small enough where it wouldn't create a mess. Does anyone see any flaws? I see none. Because if you live your life normally, it'd be exactly the same as it is now. It'd only be different if you committed major crimes.
