Saying the pledge in a different language gets Americans mad at you apparently.

Link above. And specifically the Arabic language. Now, I read in the article that it was alright to say the Pledge in French and Spanish, but many people get butthurt over saying it in Arabic? Opinions on this? For me, it seems silly that some people get mad over it seeing as it was approved to say in French and Spanish and no one cared about it. I'm laughing hard at the 4 tweets saying, "One Nation under Allah". Also, let's add to the end: "With Liberty and Justice for [u]all[/u]."

  • America was founded on the belief that you would be allowed to practice your religion without persecution. They add "under (Christian)God" to the pledge of allegiance which every child at a public school has to recite. Makes sense.. it wasn't even added until 1948.
