Would Electric Cars Sell...
If they were more attractive?
I think a big factor in electric cars not selling is that they look super ugly.
Just look at the[url=http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/08/nissan-leaf_lo_630.jpg] Nissan Leaf! [/url]
Electric cars aren't too bad and they some pretty good benefits. I honestly wouldn't mind having an electric car if it actually decent.
And I'm sure people wouldn't mind having a [url=http://images.thetruthaboutcars.com/2009/10/tesla_roadster2.jpg] Tesla Roadster [/url] but then again not everyone has $80k to drop on a car. The expensiveness of the car pretty much cancels out the benefit of not paying for gas.
I mean is it so hard to make an attractive looking car, that's economical, and cheap?!
What do you think flood? Would you buy an electric car if it was more attractive? Discuss.

8 RisposteThey would if they had essentially 3 things; -Longer range between charges -Equivalent price to gas powered cars -Batteries that were cheaper to replace and to dispose of. But when it comes to sports cars, half the allure is the engine sound. that would be a difficult thing to overcome.
