Now that EA has Star Wars licence, What do you expect?
As the title says, Now that EA might make Star Wars games, What do you hope for and what do you expect? Battlefront 3? [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTxAMtn80_Q]Star Wars First Assault?[/url] [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQyGu4EqZsU]Star Wars 1313?[/url]
Don't only think of the bad side. Give what you hope would happen, As unlikely as it might be.

[quote]What do you hope for.[/quote] DICE to do a Battlefront like game on that Frostbite 3 engine. Bioware to do KoTOR 3. For the combat I want it to be the same styled one that Mass Effect uses. For the areas that we explore I want them to be a lot more open world. It takes a lot of the fun out of the game when you are basically stuck to trails. I know this is too much, but I want the space planet system to be the same. But for the areas of the planets they are as open as Skyrim. So you are able to explore this huge open world that has many areas to it. I want the people that make Dead Space to make a game based off of the Death Trooper novel.

Besides the fact that a new developer would be making it and it won't really play like Battlefront 1 or 2, it might get rushed by EA and milked to all hell.

They have the money and the resources to make a kick-ass Star Wars game. Everybody hates EA, but I am pretty damn sure they want to make a quality Star Wars game. First, to make money. But also to improve their reputation. I expect Battlefront.

Microtransactions. But otherwise you can guarantee EA will cash in on franchises the fans have been scrambling for, luckily they have the developers best suited for such projects, short of Volition, DICE is the most qualified to make Battlefront 3, Bioware is the natural choice for KOTOR3, the list goes on, so whilst we should be wary, we should be pleased that it's far more likely that these games will be made now.

1 RispondiSo in less than a year, Star Wars has been sold to Disney, LucasArts has been destroyed, and game rights have been handed over to the people who brought us SimCity and Origin. I'm glad I'm not a StarWars fanboy, or else I'd feel pretty abused right now.

I expect Knights of the Old Republic 3, and for it to be even more rushed than Knights of the Old Republic 2.
