Should you? Is it a smart move? I've liked her for a long time now... So long I'm embarrassed to say.

Depends if you know the boyfriend or not. Depends if he is protective and may want to manhunt you down for attempting to steal another man's woman. I've noticed that in relationships.. another man shows up in the picture and tries to manipulate the woman in leaving the guy, has sex with her, dumps her and now she has two men that don't want anything to do with her for different reasons.
