Hey, flood. I was wondering what everyone's worst fear is; Hence, the title "What's your worst fear?".
Mine is insanity. I'm one of those people who is really prone to hallucinations when plagued with a high fever. Almost every time I'm sick, theres a point where I'd wake up the entire household with a fever over 100, yelling and panicking. There's always something my mentally traumatized mind intends to do. I can never remember what it is after snapping back to normal, but when I do feel 'loopy' its the worst possible thing I could do. I feel like If given enough time in the land of the insane, I'd unintentionally kill a person. Its horrifying. I'm not able to think straight or rationalize anything. Being crazy (in that way) would be a fate worse than death, in my opinion.
What about you flood?

Well, physical things I fear the most would be spiders....but honestly, my worst fear would have to be losing the one I love.

Nothing.

Damn spider-wasps.

Modificato da GKR: 4/13/2013 2:31:44 AMI'm absolutely terrified of the thought of being alone and lost underground. Fumbling in the darkness with no one to hear your cries for help, and of course the (hopefully) false presumption that something horrible is following close behind beyond my sight.

Balloons. That rubbing noise they make and the loud pop gets to me easily. Being near even one traumatizes me. When I was little I usually hated birthday parties because that meant there was balloons nearby. Silly fear I know, but it's odd because I'm not scared of things like heights (unless it's glass floors on tall buildings).

Heights.

The really scary part? It's true.

Failure.

1 RispondiI have a fear of darkness, but it's probably just because of the unknowing that comes with darkness. I'm also really frightened by the thought of those close to me drifting away, as in friendship or love.

7 RisposteDeep bodies of water. Just thinking about it freaks me out. I'm fine looking at them, I'm alright being on a boat, just don't expect me to jump in.

1 RispondiDarkness, but it isn't a constant fear for some reason. Otherwise, I don't know.

3 RisposteThat's horrible OP, and maybe ask a doctor about it the next time you have a fever. I think my greatest fear at the moment is heights. I hesitate to trust the structural stability of tall buildings when I first enter one, unless its length and width are both greater than 3/4 the length of the building's height.

5 RisposteMy biggest fear? It used to be heights, then I stood on the edge of the Grand Canyon, got over that fear. But the biggest fear I have is failure.
