So by this logic freedom-loving conservative nutjobs decide it's OK to kill in elf-defense because someone shooting at you with a gun is infringing your rights.
But did you ever stop and think that by you killing them you just denied them their right to life? If him shooting at you denied his right to life then you shooting back at him denies your right to life.

Well rights are made up you know... They're social contracts. Of course they're going to create logic problems when they start getting thrown at each other. So then you put in the exception that rights don't count if they violate other rights.
