Biggest sanbox/open-world environment to date?
Excluding MMOs and randomly generated worlds like Minecraft and Daggerfall, which game has the biggest sandbox to date?
A lot of people seem to think Just Cause 2 with it's amazing 400 square miles but I need the FACTS... and that's why I'm asking this of you, flood.

3 RisposteReal life. The graphics are amazing and you could pretty much do anything you want, except that the guards in the game are real hard-asses and don't let you get away by bribing them if you've killed a busload of children by shooting an RPG at it from a speeding motorcycle.
