New York City must be a utopia with no real problems
Seeing as how the mayor is constantly looking for some silly problem to solve. Don't you guys have crime, poverty, hunger, and the other usual suspects of social maladies to cure? Are sodas and cigarettes really NYC's worst culprits?

Clean the streets of graffiti at least first before this or clean the streets during snow storms or have cleaner subways. Its stupid we new yorkers think its stupid everyone thinks its stupid we have a pompous arrogant mayor that as he ages feels he has to leave his stamp on NY. Would not surprise me if in 5-10 years he runs for president and no one should vote for him ever
