Looks like "the city" is where the MMO elements kick in. I think that everyone can walk around there, upgrade gear or whatever. The "chapter 3" is where u can play solo or with friends to progress in the story, maybe fight bosses with rare drops and so on. Raid's have been confirmed for a while and u can see that u can pick the "raid" option in this screenshot. "Faction Wars" I'm not so sure of. It could be the competetive PvP part of this shooter that they confirmed before. Just my speculations tho. -----------edit---------- you can also notice that this is an Xbox screen shot if u look at the "Y" in the bottom right of the picture where it saus : add friends. Just wanted to pont that out if it mattered.
