4 RisposteIt was all about being politically popular/smart and a large part of the American public were being driven by fear and emotion so the natural reaction was to say something similar to the beliefs of the whole at the time. Once all the emotion comes down a few notches, I feel like nothing will really happen outside of maybe making background checks more thorough, removing gun show loopholes and touching base on mental health. Overall, there isn't much he can really do without violating the Constitution.
