What are your belief(s) on the Soul/Spirit?
Personally, I do believe in the existence of the spirit. As a student of Psychology, I am a firm believer of the existence of spirit. The majority of psychologists believe in the soul in one form or another. (Such as Abraham Maslow, and many others)
So, what are your views?

You have an inner soul, and your body is the temple. You must keep yourself in shape to keep the spirit within balanced and bright. Damaging the temple which contains the spirit harms your inner self.
