For those not tempted to go retro: [url=http://uk.ign.com/articles/2013/01/23/zelda-wind-waker-getting-wii-u-remake]Wind Waker will be getting a Wii U remake[/url] Edit: My initial impression was that Wind Waker was an excellent choice for some HD love, but that contradicts with what I said about its current style being timeless. Still, I think it will be amazing to have the game's unique style appreciated by another generation of gamers, and am still somewhat interested in seeing the slight enhancement. New features would be necessary to merit a purchase however, and even then I am wary of touching a game's legacy.
