Virginia Weapon Laws
So I may be acquiring [url=http://www2.knifecenter.com/item/CISH2131/Hanwei-Silver-Plated-Skull-Head-Pommel-Sword-Walking-Cane-365-inch-Overall]this[/url] at some point in the near future, but I need to know something first. Would this be illegal to carry in the state of Virginia? I'll be checking other sources before I receive it, but I thought I may as well ask here.

I believe knives in virginia are only legal to carry if they are under the length equivelent to the width of your palm, or 5" or less. second it falls under a concealed weapon, and it most certainly is over the length rule. Id guess no it isnt legal to carry. Why are you getting one, do you actually need a cane to walk? Yes i am a Virginia resident.
