At this point in time race has little to do with it. People who live in impoverished areas are at a disadvantage no matter what ethnicity they are. Historically Minorities were forced into ghettos or were unable to make the money needed to afford to live in wealthier neighborhoods, and poor families more often than not stay poor through many generations, which is why today there are statistically so many impoverished minorities. However, a lot of whites are in situations just as bad, and yet we still cling to it being a race issue when it is really an economic issue. Instead of crying about nonexistant oppression we should instead look at our decaying infrastructure ans educational system, which are the biggest contributers to the cycle of poverty.

I started to read the article and came across the phrase "radical leftists" then closed it out. Look, if asking for equality within society is a radical leftist ideology then maybe I'm not quite as educated about politics as I'd like to think. If you don't acknowledge that straight white Christian males don't have institutionalized advantages when it comes to social interactions, job hunts, or in extreme cases (straight vs. gay) more legal rights, then you're simply naive and ignorant and you haven't been very far outside of your tiny white suburban community. Get real, grow up, and acknowledge that a society doesn't heal just because anti-discrimination laws are passed. There are social and cultural obstacles still keeping you from making the claim that everyone is on equal footing.

I am happy Fox is mad about this. I've determined that the more Fox is against something, the better for society that something is. That guy was just about crying with anger and indignation. Therefor, this should be ported to every school in America.
