Are Mw2 servers down for 360?

So today I poped in Mdub2 and like 0/0 people online in every playlist!?!
WTF?!? I know they were down when hurricane sandy hit but its been months..

No the counter is broken due to the update and be happy that the xbox servers aren't full of hackers. Ps3 has know lost mw2. Man one of my all time favourite games is hacked like shit.
