Skyrim Dragonborn question

After the end of the main quest when you can get perk points back. Is there anyway to get back there? I want to trade some perks for points.

1 RispondiYes, all you need to do is read the Waking Dreams black book after you've defeated miraak. It'll take you back to the top of the tower where you can rearrange your perks. It will cost a few dragon souls.

Read the black book "Waking Dreams" again. Since you've "completed" the Quest tied to that particular book, it should take you right where you want to go. But make sure you have some Dragon Souls stocked up. It costs Souls to respec your Perk trees.
