Spartan Ops episode 6-10
I only have one wish for this. The Arbiter better be in it.
I seriously think they're missing out a major opportunity not having the arbiter and the good elites fighting the storm covenant. That'd be great.

If he appears it'd only be in cutscenes; it'd be confusing having Elite v. Elite in gameplay.

We have 3 seasons planned and 2 more major games possibly with more Spartan op's missions to playthrough. I think he'll turn up eventually, but not in Halo 4.

Wouldn't it be interesting for the Arbiter to come back in Halo 5. I mean he is probably one of the few beings left who remembers the past Chief.
