Kitchen, as in Italian or Japanese kitchen?
Mine is surely Italian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Middle Eastern and British/Irish.

Sense this does not make. Most liked kitchen or most liked type of cooking? Being in the cabinetry business, most liked kitchen is about what type of design elements, colors, and wood types you prefer. As for type of cooking - Yes, with the exception of Canadian. I do not wish to have everything cooked in beaver lard and slathered in maple syrup.
