Anyone know how to make a mean burger?
Going to run down to the store, but I thought I would ask the flood if they had any good burger recipes since I have almost no idea what I'm doing. I found a few recipes online, but they are really vague and seem a little shady...
I like BBQ burgers but I'm willing to try anything good.

7 RisposteFirst, this does NOT belong in #gaming or #feedback. I learned a technique from watching 'No Reservations' - if you're using a skillet or frying pan, season and form your patties as usual. Brush both sides of the burger with butter, then sprinkle just a pinch of sugar on each side. The butter, fat, and sugar will caramelize the bottom, instead of simply charring it. This will lock in a lot of the juice. If done right, a fully cooked burger will be as tender as a rare burger.
