OK. here's a good one. Take thinly cut flank steak. Season with a mix of salt, pepper and chili powder. Put that in a bag and pour in some orange juice. Fresh squeezed if t all possible. Marinate for about an hour. Next, get some ripe avocados, a diced tomato, diced onion, and a little diced jalapeño. Take these and mush them together. Add some fresh squeezed lime or orange juice. Salt to taste. Now that the steak has marinate, cook it at a high heat on a grill for about 7 minutes a side. Dice it. Now, serve the diced steak on a corn tortilla with the guacamole. You just made fresh Carne Asada Tacos!
