Rime-coat raiment kelvin below ornament missing
I remember picking this up for the fashion game but I dont see it available as an option anywhere on exotic chest pieces. It doesnt even show up for rime coat itself. Will add a screenshot when I can

Before escalating, we have a few questions to ask: 1) Could you try [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049199051-Clearing-the-Console-Cache]clearing your console's cache[/url] to see if this helps the situation? 2) If the above doesn't help and you have the resources available, could you try acquiring a new Rime-coat Raiment from Rahool and see if Kelvin Below shows up as a possible ornament on that version?
