Yesterday before the reset, I found the junk vendor and was able to buy ONE thing (a donut) then he appeared to be disabled or on some kind of cooldown. I was told you have to keep reloading the location because there's some kind of stupid limit on how many times you can interact with him. Then reset happened. Today I go back but I can't buy anything at all from him, it's making the same error-like sound and no credits are being taken nor is any junk being bought. What's going on here? I heard something about him giving "illegal armor" with high stats and he was disabled, but that's supposedly fixed now. So why can't I buy anything from him? Yes I have more than enough credits, yes I've completed the campaign.
