Bug seasonal portal space stuck rank 10
Hello, I have had a problem for several hours. In the seasonal space of the portal, the weekly rewards that go up to rank 20 are stuck at rank 10. I have completed more than 15 portal activities, but my rank remains stuck at 10. I received the reward for rank 9, but I can't get to rank 10. It's stuck there. Does anyone else have this problem? Help, please.
