Could we get a separate button for Praxic Blade throw or change the way we use Heavy attack combo?
Hello, returning player here. I was wondering if maybe we could get a different buttons for Praxic Blade throwing and heavy attack melee dmg and/or increase the delay we need to hit the heavy attack button after 3x light attacks? Or maybe make it so holding Heavy attack button throws AND by only tapping right click performs the heavy melee combo? Right now both tapping and holding right-click is throwing it. I`m so tired of throwning my Praxic blade when im 0m away from a target. Maybe a better ideea would be heavy attack button tap to perform the slam attack and heavy attack button hold to throw the blade. :)

What’s up with the heavy throw attack, the hit registry makes no sense!? It usually flies on its own wacky trajectory. It’s so out of control. I try not to use because I know it won’t hit anything haha

1 RispondiMore power to you; I have not figured out how to use that sword, it's currently sitting in my vault, thinking about what it's done. I just feel like a target holding that thing when I know there's a sniper behind me somewhere about to bean me in the dome. One thing I did discover is (I'm on PC) for some reason, my heavy attack wasn't bound to any key at all, which might explain why I was struggling a bit. No idea why. But maybe once I'm over my shame, I'll give it another go.

1 RispondiI have accidentally thrown my blade a few times as well, it tends to cost you your life in more difficult content. My thought on what would help is a visual combo stacking indicator. Maybe the sword glows brighter after the 3 light hits have landed so I know I can safety tap heavy without throwing the sword. In the mean time what I have been doing, if Im not sure if I landed all 3 light hits, I just dont do the heavy attack, I pause or block then start over the 3 light hits until im certain. Tends to cost me on the DPS side but I stay alive.

2 RisposteOP: Bump! ✅ I’m (currently) on PS5 and 7:10x I am not able to proc the heavy slam attack, after doing 3x light attacks. I’ve been trying to figure it out, though my actions and timings are virtually the same every time; I am trying to proc the heavy slam but my (red 😎) blade goes flying off to a galaxy far, far away! Re-mapping might be key…but that’s beyond this old tortoise’s pay grade. 😵💫 Maybe it’s a Controller / PS5 thing…or does it also affect our PC gamers, too?! That is all. Ease Things! 🖖👻 MTFBWY
