I did priority contracts every day for various factions (3 each for Pikers and Reformation, and 1 for Totality) and still did not get any shipments today. I've linked an album of screen captures I took every day AFTER completing a contract to show that I did it. This locks me out of both a saber upgrade (and its triumph) as well as the triumph for getting shipments. I know this is listed under the 'known issues' section, I'm just trying to provide more information in the hopes that it might help.
