Exotic Contracts, Not just Cyan Crystal drops need HUGE buff.
Kinda hard to get through double RNG when you can't even get the first RNG activity to drop.
I have seen less than 5 in 100+ hours of game play.
Yet I've gotten over 50 exotic engrams and armor drops.
